My Name is Andreas Hauri. I have been working in the food industry for 20 years. I am passionate about food processing and innovation. Over the past two decades, I have successfully contributed to the production and development of new types of food and the optimisation of existing products. Please find some details here.

In addition to a degree in food engineering (ETH Zurich), I also hold a double degree as a Master of Business Administration from the Universities of Bern (Switzerland) and Rochester (New York State, USA).
I have always worked in international and very diverse teams and bring people with different expertise and cultural backgrounds together efficiently and successfully.
